Regional Business Manager – South West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic expansion by managing and achieving regional revenue and growth targets.

• Oversee the acquisition of new customers while enhancing relationships with existing clients.

• Create tailored commercial strategies for key customers.

• Assemble and guide high-achieving sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of sales experience in the life sciences sector.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading field-based sales teams.

• Proven track record in acquiring new business and growing existing customer relationships.

• Strong research skills and business insight with the ability to engage at the executive level.

• Willingness to travel up to 50–70% within the designated region.
