This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth for operators by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the designated territory.

• Acquire additional venues and outlets within current accounts through proactive management of the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are addressed at all stages.

• Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage growth prospects, customer events, and sales forecasting.

• Lead joint business planning and reviews to enhance partnerships and fulfill contractual service levels.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts that are profitable and in line with Nestlé Professional’s business strategy.

• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and installation for new venues.

• Promote adherence to brand stewardship and oversee quality assurance activities within the territory.

• Market seasonal and innovative programs to drive incremental growth.

• Maintain robust relationships with distributors and offer guidance on sales prospects and product stocking.

• Provide precise sales forecasts and keep detailed visibility into the health of the sales pipeline.

• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and seek out incremental growth opportunities.

• Effectively launch new products by employing established tools and best practices.

• Maintain regular communication with internal partners to ensure alignment across all business areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of direct outside sales, B2B, or business development experience.

• A proven history of success in new business development and customer retention.

• At least 5 years of experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements, with strong financial acumen and awareness of P&L.

• In-depth knowledge of the foodservice, hospitality, or beverage industry, particularly with premium branded products such as Starbucks®.

• Proficiency in pipeline management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong executive presence, complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in developing customer-facing business plans and proposals.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and finance.

• Familiarity with key industry segments, including: Business & Industry, College & University, Healthcare, Lodging, Military, Travel, Retail, and Grocery.
