📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the National Fire Manager and their team of field Fire Specialists and Field Service Technicians to foster efficient growth within the fire service market.

• Develop a strategy that will strengthen relationships with customers situated in the Central region of the United States.

• Implement service programs that guarantee complete customer satisfaction with after-sales support and promote future sales opportunities for 3M Scott Fire and Safety.

• Establish and meet sales targets for the Central team.

• Enhance field sales and service productivity through focused performance benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified prior to commencement).

• A total of ten (10) years of experience in Industrial Fire and/or Municipal Fire Service sales management within a private, public, government, or military setting.

• A current, valid Driver’s License if a company vehicle is provided for this position.
