This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Implement and carry out the commercial strategy for Biosense Webster within the Arkansas and Memphis regions.
• Oversee Sales and Clinical teams to achieve business objectives and drive profitable sales growth.
• Establish and manage monthly and annual sales targets for regional Sales and Clinical teams.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales and profitability goals.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and execute tactical sales plans, quotas, and account objectives.
• Manage the expense budget for the region.
• Coach and directly lead Territory Managers and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists.
• Supervise per diem clinical support, budget allowances, and customer engagements.
• Enhance employee clinical skills and certification in collaboration with the Clinical Education Manager.
• Foster sales and negotiation skills among Territory Managers.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent within the region.
• Implement marketing strategies for commercial training, products, and services throughout the field organization.
• Execute customer relationship strategies and cultivate strong connections with key regional clients.
• Propel organizational development and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regional strategic plans.
• Participate in national field-organization projects.
• Foster team engagement and motivation.
• Integrate Johnson & Johnson Credo values and the Biosense Webster culture in the region.
• Ensure compliance with company programs, policies, healthcare regulations, and procedures.
• Analyze market conditions and implement competitive strategies to enhance regional market share.
• Guarantee adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and applicable regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry is required, or 2 years of prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare sector is necessary.
• Experience in field training or project leadership is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry is preferred.
• Capital selling experience is preferred.
• Preference for candidates residing within the Region.
• Eligibility for a long-term incentive program.
• Vacation entitlement of 120 hours per calendar year.
