This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Regional Business Director (RBD) will spearhead the successful launch and commercialization of ivonescimab within a designated U.S. region.
• Reporting to the Head of U.S. Sales, the RBD is accountable for implementing national sales strategies, leading an accomplished team of oncology account managers, and enhancing regional performance to meet commercial objectives.
• The RBD will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring a field sales team while promoting strong collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners.
• This leader will act as the field representative by delivering customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to refine commercial execution.
• Implement national sales strategies and business plans to meet regional sales targets and market share objectives.
• Track regional sales performance through KPIs, performance metrics, and business analytics; provide continuous coaching and development to maximize team effectiveness.
• Create strategic regional business plans and account strategies to enhance customer engagement and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with key oncology customers, healthcare systems, and regional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales, including over 5 years in oncology sales leadership.
• Recent experience in leading or supporting oncology product launches; experience in NSCLC is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing oncology sales teams.
• Strong skills in coaching, leadership, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional commercial and medical teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the oncology marketplace, customer landscape, and account-based sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel, as required by business needs.
• Actual compensation packages are determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience level, certifications, and specific work location.
• The total compensation package for this position may also include bonuses, stock options, benefits, and/or other applicable variable compensation.
