This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate a strong pipeline of law firms and corporate legal departments throughout Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
• Independently source and develop a pipeline within targeted markets.
• Utilize networks, industry connections, and focused outbound strategies to engage key decision-makers.
• Initiate impactful discussions with legal professionals and deliver highly effective product demonstrations.
• Lead consultative sales dialogues with lawyers, identify workflow challenges, and showcase value in the context of actual legal processes.
• Navigate decision-making frameworks within multi-stakeholder procurement scenarios.
• Represent BoostDraft within the APAC legal community at events, conferences, and through referrals, fostering trust and understanding regional industry trends to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with our global product and marketing teams to provide market insights and ensure our sales strategies align with local market requirements.
• A minimum of **3+ years** in B2B SaaS sales (**experience selling to law firms or in-house legal teams is highly preferred**) OR substantial professional experience in a major law firm or corporate legal department with a strong interest in transitioning to a sales position.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English is essential. Fluency in additional APAC languages (such as Korean) is a significant advantage.
• Must be remote within the APAC region (preference for candidates located in strategic hubs like Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, or Hong Kong).
