This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Identify and articulate the value proposition for specific FQHC business segments, working closely with sales leadership.
• Prospect, negotiate, and finalize agreements for FQHCs, Large Reference Lab Deals, as well as designated large deal prospects.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements.
• Oversee sales projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate internally with sales operations, laboratory operations, IT, and marketing teams.
• Support the implementation of the divisional commercial sales strategy.
• Design and implement sales campaigns.
• Analyze to identify gaps with key stakeholders.
• Conduct high-level ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for engagement for Senior Sales and GM leadership involvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in leading healthcare product or service sales strategies within highly matrixed organizations.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce.com.
• Strong partnering and negotiation skills within cross-functional teams and with Senior Leadership.
• Established project management and sales experience that resulted in significant revenue from large deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with “Big Deal” customer acquisition strategies.
• Capability to manage sales projects from start to finish.
• Proven experience with CRM practices.
• Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft products, including Copilot fluidity.
• Robust change management skills to achieve results in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in professional communication with customers, employees, and market influencers at all levels.
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual.
