This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to enhance revenue growth within the designated territory.
• Establish connections with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities while overseeing an active sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams.
• Act as the customer's voice by conveying market trends and customer requirements.
• Create account plans, forecasts, and strategies for territory expansion.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that enhance customer partnerships while safeguarding profitability.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and customer interactions.
• Represent Silgan Dispensing Systems at customer meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, key account management, or direct sales within the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, packaging, or similar sectors.
• Strong business insight and consultative selling capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets.
• Experience working remotely from a home office environment.
