This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform high-volume outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and various other channels to identify and engage decision-makers in supply chain and logistics.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads, comprehend customer challenges, and clearly communicate how the company's logistics visibility and freight services can address those issues.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations with senior sales or leadership teams for in-depth discovery and deal advancement.
• Create and sustain a well-organized pipeline within the CRM, monitoring activities, outcomes, and subsequent actions.
• Work alongside sales leadership to enhance messaging, target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and develop outreach sequences.
• Assist in aligning campaigns and content by sharing insights from direct prospect interactions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to guide outreach strategies and pinpoint strategic opportunities.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound BDR roles.
• Direct experience working with or selling to companies based in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain industry, especially in freight forwarding.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency (C1+).
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and multi-channel engagement outreach platforms.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and executing email campaigns.
• Self-motivated and performance-oriented, capable of effectively demonstrating value and working towards structured pipeline and activity objectives.
• Highly organized with a strong follow-up discipline and a results-oriented approach.
