This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new projects throughout the entire funnel – from market analysis and lead generation to handover to project teams.
• Systematic observation of target sectors such as Semiconductor, High-Tech, Life Science, and Pharma; identification of new construction, expansion, and research projects in early planning and investment phases.
• Establishing and maintaining a robust network of clients, general contractors, EPCM contractors, planners, plant builders, and industry clusters.
• Planning, organizing, and executing sales and trade activities as well as international networking events.
• Developing and managing a structured sales pipeline in the CRM system, including lead tracking and opportunity management.
• Formulating and directing proposal strategies along with creating competitive positioning.
• Analyzing market conditions, competition, and funding landscapes, and deriving strategic recommendations for action.
• Close collaboration with management, project leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting international market development, particularly regarding expansion (e.g., USA).
• Completed degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, Architecture, or similar) or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience in a field relevant to CRC, such as general planning, TGA, EPCM, cleanroom/laboratory construction, plant engineering, semiconductors, or life sciences is advantageous.
• A knack for technically complex relationships and the ability to think outside the box and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor with decision-makers, and a pronounced networking mindset.
• Structured, self-responsible, and results-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, along with enjoyment of working in an international environment.
• Digital affinity: proficient in using CRM systems and open to the productive use of modern technologies, including AI tools (e.g., for market analysis, research, and communication).
• Good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
