Regional Business Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching to franchisees and their teams.

• Guide and mentor the franchise operations.

• Motivate and drive results through effective coaching of franchisees.

• Enhance value, equity, and profitability within the region.

• Offer consulting services and hold franchisees accountable for achieving their objectives.

• Foster strong relationships with franchisees.

• Manage conflict resolution with franchisees.

• Organize and facilitate conferences and training sessions for franchisees.

• Contribute to initiatives that benefit the entire network.

• Conduct visits to franchisees in your region to assess specific issues and goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in business management or a deep understanding of business operations.

• Proven experience in leading teams, offices, and/or groups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Adobe, OneDrive, SharePoint).

• Familiarity with estimating platforms.

• Background in the franchise industry.

• Experience in the restoration industry, including water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
