This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching to franchisees and their teams

• Guide and mentor franchise operations

• Offer consultation and ensure franchisees are accountable for their objectives

• Establish and nurture relationships with franchisees

• Organize and conduct conferences and training sessions for franchisees

• Travel to franchise locations within your region to assess specific challenges and goals

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline

• Over 8 years of experience in business management or a related proficiency

• Proven experience in leading teams, offices, and/or groups
