This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Contribute to the formulation of brand strategies that align with company objectives, encompassing positioning, messaging, and revenue targets for branded products.
• Oversee in-store activations across various territories by collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies from the initial stage to execution and analysis.
• Spearhead brand and product launches across multiple territories, working with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, L&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies, including initial training for retail teams, ongoing post-launch support, and analysis.
• Ensure that products and packaging adhere to brand standards and comply with state regulations, closely partnering with the packaging department, design agencies, and compliance teams.
• Act as the liaison between the FL and GA markets and the National Brand Marketing team, ensuring collaboration with state marketing teams on creative briefs, marketing communications for retail, product information, and promotions.
• Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and alignment across markets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Specialist to ensure that swag options comply with regulations and are executed flawlessly at the store level for each activation.
• Work alongside the Social Media team to ensure that relevant market content is produced and captured for each brand.
• Maintain brand integrity by collaborating with vendors, employees, and partners to ensure accurate and consistent brand representation.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures in each territory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing and/or retail-related role.
• Brand Marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with brand partnerships and collaborations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Go-To Market Product strategy.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional writing skills across various topics.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and upper management as necessary.
• Ability to influence colleagues, including leadership.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a creative team player.
