Regional AI Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment and implementation of AI-driven solutions within European subsidiaries and distributor networks.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including technical and sales teams, as well as local business units.

• Develop a systematic approach for gathering AI-related business requirements from subsidiaries and distributors.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and document business needs, use cases, and potential improvement opportunities.

• Track the progress of requirement implementation and regularly update stakeholders.

• Organize regional testing activities for AI applications and intelligent agents.

• Gather and assess feedback on functionality, usability, stability, and market relevance.

• Serve as the main point of contact between Europe and the global headquarters for AI-related initiatives.

• Create project management frameworks, establish timelines, and implement performance tracking systems.

• Offer recommendations to tailor AI solutions to fit the needs, regulations, and business practices of the European market.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related disciplines.

• At least 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in AI, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-driven projects.

• Strong understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional and international projects.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficient in English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.

• Awareness of European business practices, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.
