This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage in all facets of the College’s off-campus recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee a comprehensive travel itinerary within a designated geographic area.
• Organize and participate in visits to high schools and career & technical education centers, along with classroom presentations, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment-related events.
• Formulate data-driven strategies for recruitment efforts within the assigned region.
• Assess the efficacy of various recruitment methods and provide recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate specialized programs for the designated territory (e.g., regional information sessions, campus bus tours, etc.).
• Create and present engaging presentations to groups of prospective students and their supporters off-campus.
• Monitor, comprehend, and analyze data and reports to evaluate progress towards enrollment targets.
• Develop, oversee, and propose a budget for recruitment activities in the assigned territory to the Director.
• Offer comprehensive support and follow-up to prospective students and their supporters through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with campus-wide offices to provide essential information that aids students in converting from inquiries to applicants.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of all aspects of the College’s matriculation process beyond Admissions, including financial aid, placement testing, new student advising, course scheduling, bill payment, orientation, residence life, and move-in procedures.
• Uphold a thorough understanding of guidelines concerning the confidentiality of student information and records (FERPA).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid in-state Driver's License.
• Preferred experience in college admissions or related professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services, or education.
• Experience in travel and recruitment within the assigned regional area.
• Familiarity with remote work.
