• Conduct daily bookkeeping and accounts payable functions for operations across the United States, Canada, Chile, and Mexico.
• Process and record vendor invoices in alignment with company policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee and reconcile vendor accounts, including proforma invoices and outstanding amounts.
• Prepare and execute payments such as wire transfers, ACH, checks, and electronic transactions.
• Compile and submit tax-related reports and documentation in accordance with local regulations.
• Ensure that accounting records and financial transactions are maintained per company guidelines and tax laws.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintain and update supplier master data within the ERP system.
• Support audit requests by providing necessary financial documentation as needed.
• Preferred background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable roles.
• Experience in multinational or global companies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Priority ERP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Required fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
