This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the marketing strategy, effectively communicate the brand's value proposition, and utilize only on-label and Regulatory/Compliance approved marketing materials to achieve sales and patient objectives.
• Analyze local and regional trends in business and managed markets to establish both short and long-term goals that contribute to a successful business plan.
• Collaborate within a matrix environment that includes patient support services, specialty pharmacies, Marketing, Managed Care, Corporate Communications, and Medical Affairs.
• Regularly engage with targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their staff in the designated area to promote disease awareness and product information.
• Employ a consultative, science-based approach to furnish HCPs with the necessary information for informed patient care decisions.
• Lead initiatives for patient identification.
• Oversee a territory budget in accordance with all Catalyst Pharmaceutical compliance policies.
• Utilize the CRM system to accurately and promptly document account profiles.
• All activities must be executed with the utmost ethics and integrity, in alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
• Participation in local or national patient advocacy events may be required to raise awareness about Catalyst's support for the patient community and to provide relevant disease state/product information, as approved by Regulatory/Compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare is preferred.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Experience in Neurology or the Rare/Orphan Space is preferred.
• Recent experience with biopharmaceutical launches within the last 3-5 years is preferred.
• Ability to secure consistent access and cultivate strong professional relationships for scientific exchange and promotion with healthcare providers in community and academic settings.
• Experience selling a product that necessitates extensive coordination with patient access services.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team-oriented environment on a consistent basis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
