• Act as the main representative of WWHS for designated client accounts, overseeing relationships throughout all phases of the service lifecycle (onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival)
• Facilitate monthly client meetings and weekly status calls, addressing all client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with essential stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Ensure proactive communication among all internal teams (Recruitment, Legal, Immigration, Customer Success) for smooth client execution
• Track and report on key account metrics to monitor performance, growth, and service quality
• Recognize client needs, challenges, risks, and experience issues, leading internal resolution efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—ideally within healthcare staffing, immigration, or consulting
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate client relationships and fostering revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement abilities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
• Openness to travel as necessary for client site visits or industry events
