Regional Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary representative of WWHS for designated client accounts, overseeing relationships throughout all phases of the service lifecycle (onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival).

• Facilitate monthly client meetings and weekly status calls, addressing all client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Build and sustain robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Organize and conduct on-site client visits, which includes developing agendas and presenting to executive leadership.

• Propel S&OP planning by forecasting requirements and securing re-orders in accordance with client hiring objectives.

• Ensure proactive communication across all internal departments (Recruitment, Legal, Immigration, Customer Success) to facilitate seamless client execution.

• Track and report on key account metrics to monitor performance, growth, and service quality.

• Recognize client needs, pain points, risks, and experience challenges, leading internal resolution efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—ideally within healthcare staffing, immigration, or consulting.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and fostering revenue growth.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement abilities.

• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, adept at managing competing priorities and thriving under pressure.

• Availability to travel as required for client site visits or industry events.
