This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reporting to the Director of Architectural Sales, the Regional Account Executive will be tasked with surpassing sales objectives, minimizing controllable returns and allowances, enhancing the company's closing ratio, and striving to maintain contribution margins.
• Daily activities will center around prospecting and business development to capture greater market share.
• Provide customers with insightful information about the advantages of selecting Wagner with assurance and ease.
• Generate adequate monthly quoting activity to meet sales goals.
• Build, maintain, and expand a customer base that aligns with the company’s marketing and product strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on activities, sales volumes, forecasts, expenses, and more.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least six years of sales experience, ideally in metal fabrication, railing, architectural metal, or architectural products.
• Capability to interpret and execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats.
• Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts relevant to metal fabrication and quoting processes.
• Effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and other organizational personnel.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and associated construction documents.
