This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for the comprehensive management and growth of assigned customer accounts.
• Identify and cultivate new potential customers (Resellers) through trade shows and phone outreach by qualifying and tracking leads, researching key contacts, traveling, and initiating calls to establish business connections, qualifying new accounts, and strategically recommending products.
• Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, advancing them through each stage of a documented, standardized sales process.
• Organize schedule to prioritize customer support, project management, and revenue-generating activities, with an expectation of frequent travel.
• Attend trade shows and strategic meetings with management and executives, interacting with customers and sales representatives. Provide instruction and training to representatives and customers regarding new Omada products and program updates, while enhancing relationships with major resellers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer businesses, recognizing their needs and proposing suitable product mixes and marketing programs.
• Engage in the planning, development, execution, and measurement of marketing programs to ensure successful outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct essential training sessions to educate sales representatives and customers on all new TP-LINK products and programs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution.
• Negotiate terms, establish profitability metrics, and build logistic relationships that meet the needs of Omada channel partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare strategic account development plans for each customer.
• Work alongside other departments, including accounting, marketing, and logistics, to complete tasks and achieve personal and team objectives.
• Serve as a strategic problem solver with the capability to identify ROI within strategic solutions to capture market share.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales forecasts and financials.
• More than 7 years of experience as a B2B Account Executive in a relevant field.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the Consumer Electronics (CE) industry.
• Familiarity with two-tiered channel business models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• An ability to comprehend how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Proficient in using contact management software.
• Skillful in accurately forecasting business, analyzing product category sales trends, and implementing strategies for product growth.
• Proven track record of surpassing assigned sales quotas over consecutive years.
