Regional Account Director – Team Lima

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• RADs exhibit proficiency in crafting and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies while delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating closely with our automotive dealer clients to provide consultative marketing evaluations and comprehensive marketing solutions.

• RADs are accountable for the initial rollout of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, along with the management and retention of current clients.

• RADs deliver digital marketing strategies, optimize website and lead performance, provide analytics and reporting, and offer additional in-store training to assist dealers in achieving their sales and service goals.

• RADs diligently monitor and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns using proprietary company technology platforms and collaborate closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure that all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive digital marketing, particularly in consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing roles

• Direct experience with Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail

• Proven expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies

• Experienced in designing automotive digital strategies encompassing website optimization, paid media, and lead conversion

• Willingness to travel (local, regional, national)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Exceptional relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google Suite.
