This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• RADs are tasked with the initial launch of Team Velocity's products, services, and overall strategy for new clients, along with managing and retaining existing clients.
• RADs offer digital marketing strategies, website and lead performance optimization, analytics and reporting, and additional in-store training to assist dealers in achieving their sales and service goals.
• RADs excel in constructing detailed, performance-oriented digital marketing strategies.
• RADs diligently monitor and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns using proprietary company technology platforms, collaborating closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure timely execution of all campaign deliverables and accurate accounting of projected revenue each month.
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive digital marketing, particularly in a consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing role
• Direct experience in Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agencies, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies
• Experienced in designing automotive digital strategies encompassing website optimization, paid media, and lead conversion
• Willingness to travel (local, regional, national)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google Suite
