This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively implement the commercial strategy for ORCA T®.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in the field to ensure optimal customer engagement.
• Identify, assess, and aid in the authorization of potential ORCA T® treatment sites.
• Work alongside internal commercial teams, including marketing, sales training, and sales operations, to enhance efficiency and maximize teamwork.
• Develop, execute, and oversee strategies in collaboration with the VP of Account Management, Brand Team, Sales Training, and Sales Operations to achieve and surpass objectives.
• Create mechanisms and processes to consistently monitor account activities against targets and provide ongoing feedback within the organization.
• Inspire, train, and guide on complex clinical and operational knowledge (cell therapy/transplant/oncology/process).
• Manage performance by leading and overseeing individual contributors.
• Cascade and compliantly educate on brand plans and organizational objectives.
• Retain top talent and formulate personalized career development plans for the team.
• Collaborate regularly with Orca Therapeutic Account Managers (OTAMs) in the field to offer support and active coaching that aligns with Orca Bio forecasts and goals.
• Lead all aspects of the US Account Management Team in a compliant manner to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments, ideally in cell therapy.
• At least 4 years of experience in people management.
• Outstanding leadership skills demonstrated through cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Exceptional clinical and operational knowledge in oncology.
• Extensive academic background in oncology.
• Experience in managing large accounts within the oncology sector.
• Exceptional skills in performance management.
• Proven ability to cultivate a positive team culture rooted in organizational values.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Documented success in meeting goals and objectives.
• Proven track record in retaining top talent and fostering the career development of high-potential team members.
• Expert knowledge of compliance and principles of good business conduct.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to manage significant travel.
• MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated success in oncology account management within an academic context is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of BMT/Cell therapy and ability to navigate complex treatment logistics is preferred.
• Direct line leadership experience is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities (communication).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (communication).
