Region Operations Manager – Airports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Region Operations Manager is chiefly accountable for overseeing all operational functions of the airport advertising program inventory within their designated region.

• Lead daily operations while managing a team of in-field operations staff and subcontractors.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and airport management to implement strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the quality maintenance of advertising assets to enhance operational efficiency.

• Supervise regional budgeting and set operational goals.

• Assess performance metrics, apply corrective measures, and formulate strategies to enhance service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military background.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.

• Demonstrated operational leadership and multi-site management skills.

• Proficient in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.

• Strong skills in strategic planning, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Experience in client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Knowledge in performance management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• A 10-year FBI Background check is required for the airport security badging process.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel outside of the office 30% of the time for team or client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events.
