This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations from start to finish

• Manage a team of approximately 25 individuals

• Directly report to the CEO

• Handle both high-level strategic operations and detailed hands-on tasks in a senior leadership capacity

• Facilitate complex operations involving various moving components and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing operations within a rapidly growing startup in delivery, mobility, staffing, marketplaces, or similar workforce-coordination sectors

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and take ownership of outcomes

• Experience thriving in chaotic, fast-paced environments

• Proficiency in English is mandatory

• Must be comfortable working during European hours

• Availability to start soon

• Proficiency in Spanish and German is preferred

• Background in recruitment, staffing, or relocation is advantageous

• Experience launching a market or city from the ground up is a significant plus
