Region Operations Manager – Airports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Region Operations Manager is chiefly accountable for all property functions related to the airport advertising program inventory within their designated region.

• Responsible for the leadership and management of the in-field operations team, including both employees and contractors.

• Engage directly with Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients.

• Work in partnership with Airport Management personnel to establish and sustain sales opportunities and inventory.

• Oversee all advertising program operations throughout the assigned portfolio.

• Ensure operational excellence, resolve issues, and guarantee successful program execution.

• Administer regional operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, purchase orders, and expense management.

• Assess portfolio performance, identify operational trends and risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military service.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.

• Proven operational leadership and experience in multi-site management.

• Demonstrated skills in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.

• Proficiency in strategic planning, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Experience in client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Skills in performance management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
