This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Leading floor managers and location managers.
• Developing strategy and planning for your locations.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the arcades.
• Driving performance based on key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports.
• Encouraging ownership among location managers.
• Conducting performance and appraisal discussions.
• Serving as a reliable partner for all levels within the organization.
• Analyzing financial data in collaboration with the finance department.
• Identifying opportunities for new projects and developing business cases.
• Managing projects within your region.
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing and leading multiple locations.
• Background in a similar leadership role.
• Preferably a background in Retail, Wellness/Fitness, and/or Hospitality.
• Experience in performance management based on metrics and KPIs.
• Financially literate.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to maintain a broad perspective.
• Strong operational and strategic skills.
• Experience in mentoring/coaching location/floor managers.
• Hands-on mentality with significant presence on the work floor.
• Experience in creating the ‘WOW-factor’ at locations.
