This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Assist in the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective management of the Missouri Replacement Designee programs, specifically RMA and RHP;
• Comprehend and effectively supervise the standards and scope of services under each program;
• Build, establish, and sustain relationships with partners, external stakeholders, and support outreach initiatives;
• Organize, compile, and submit data collection while contributing to the analysis and reporting of programmatic outcomes for both internal and external reports;
• Act as a key point of contact and coordinate with LPRs and the MO Replacement Designee (RD), Missouri Office of Refugee Administration (MO-ORA), which oversees additional ORR-funded programs;
• Conduct monitoring visits, desk audits, and provide technical assistance to improve program performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements;
• Offer onsite and virtual case consultation, care coordination assistance, and training to LPRs and other contracted service providers;
• Engage in refugee and immigrant health initiatives, as needed;
• Execute other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as (but not limited to) international affairs, public/global health, healthcare administration, or social services, from an accredited institution;
• A minimum of three years of proven experience in programmatic and fiscal oversight, operations, training, administration, and monitoring; experience in contracting is required;
• Required experience in supervising subcontractors;
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management;
• Experience collaborating with health and human service organizations, including federal, state, local governments, clinics, hospitals, nonprofits, and community, ethnic, or faith-based organizations;
• Working knowledge of the overall refugee resettlement process;
• Proven record of cultural humility and experience with international populations;
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, including report writing and public speaking ability;
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe, with preferred skills in MS Access;
• Self-motivated individual capable of working well within a team, managing multiple priorities, and meeting regular deadlines;
• Excellent attention to detail; must be highly adaptable, with the capacity to progress multiple assignments while focusing on continuous improvement;
