• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, or a related field).
• Over 3 years of experience in medical device, capital equipment, or consultative B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen: capability to analyze data, comprehend market dynamics, and react to competitive activities.
• Experience in ophthalmology, refractive technologies, or clinical settings (highly preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of discipline, independence, and focus on execution in a results-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
