📋 Description

• Establishing robust relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and key opinion leaders to grasp clinical and business requirements and position customized solutions.

• Facilitating sales of capital equipment and refractive surgical platforms, overseeing intricate negotiations, and meeting territory objectives.

• Evaluating territory performance, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to uncover growth prospects and safeguard market share.

• Traveling nationwide to assist clients, conduct product demonstrations, and secure new business opportunities.

• Partnering with internal technical and commercial teams to guarantee successful implementation, training, and sustained customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, or a related field).

• Over 3 years of experience in medical device, capital equipment, or consultative B2B sales.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen: capability to analyze data, comprehend market dynamics, and react to competitive activities.

• Experience in ophthalmology, refractive technologies, or clinical settings (highly preferred).

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• High level of discipline, independence, and focus on execution in a results-oriented environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
