Referral Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Promote our services through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and your personal networks (friends, family, groups, etc.).

• Engage with potential clients for an initial conversation to explain the services and assess basic eligibility.

• Conduct an introductory discussion to identify the client’s needs and their level of commitment.

• Refer qualified and committed clients to our immigration team for a consultation.

• Regularly follow up with your referred clients to assist them throughout the process.

• Facilitate payments for clients when necessary using a secure and mutually agreed-upon method.

• Provide daily or weekly reports detailing outreach efforts, conversations, and follow-ups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, responsible, and proactive in your approach.

• Familiarity with leveraging social media for service promotion.

• Capable of working independently and achieving weekly targets.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is advantageous.

• Must be available Monday to Friday (full-time).
