Recurring Production Support Content Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Edit projects ranging from basic to standard using Avid technology, Adobe After Effects, and various other editing platforms.

• Staff daily sessions for assigned projects, which include features, teases, packages, and comparable content.

• Manage media ingest/output, file conversions, media distribution, and ensure quality control.

• Promptly identify and report any technical issues.

• Effectively meet deadlines while managing time and resources.

• Complete administrative tasks such as time entry, daily shift reports, compliance training, and Performance Connection requirements.

• Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures diligently.

• Embrace and adapt to new technologies and workflow concepts.

• Develop essential editing knowledge and skills required for the craft.

• Participate in bi-monthly clinical workshops.

• Contribute to special projects and assignments as scheduled.

• Utilize interpersonal and professional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in non-linear editing.

• Exhibit computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office software.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Preferred: capability to craft engaging visual narratives utilizing SOT, pacing, and story arc structure.

• Preferred: ability to work independently and creatively without direct producer oversight.

• Preferred: experience in video editing on Avid, Final Cut, Premiere, or Quantel platforms.

• Preferred: understanding of editing file structures, broadcast measurements, and A/V formats.

• Preferred: knowledge of graphics creation, color correction, and audio production theory and aesthetics.

• Preferred: ability to collaborate and foster positive relationships within a team setting.

• Preferred: aptitude for promoting outstanding customer service.

• Preferred: general knowledge of sports.
