This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain a repository of sales-ready content assets, including talking points, objection-handling guides, service and sector sales pages, viewbooks, pitch decks, go-to-market resources, activation guides, prospect packages, and tailored outreach materials.
• Detect content gaps and prioritize production in collaboration with Growth COE colleagues and regional teams.
• Transform CCS capabilities, sector knowledge, and data insights into engaging narratives for prospective audiences.
• Author and enhance sector analysis and competitive positioning documents.
• Generate and refresh service-line and sector-specific sales materials.
• Manage multiple simultaneous content projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Graphic Designer to produce polished, on-brand final assets.
• Oversee routing, review cycles, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Maintain organized content repositories and ensure proper version control.
• Write and edit external articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Contribute to key publications such as the Philanthropic Landscape and the Philanthropy Pulse Report.
• Ensure all written materials align with the CCS brand voice and editorial guidelines.
• Cultivate relationships with regional teams and internal Centers of Excellence.
• Conduct interviews and briefings with subject matter experts and integrate stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate event-related content with the Strategic Events team, which includes program copy, speaker materials, and assets for post-event follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional writing experience in content marketing, strategic communications, professional services, or a similar field.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in producing sales or business development materials.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities across various formats and tones.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• A collaborative, service-oriented approach when working with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to professionally receive and incorporate feedback.
• Experience in or alongside sales, business development, or growth functions is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, fundraising, or philanthropy is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and a high standard for quality.
• Genuine enthusiasm for enabling business outcomes through effective content.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
