This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the quality overseer for the Content Studio by reviewing and refining work prior to stakeholder approval.

• Establish and uphold creative standards for tone, craftsmanship, and refinement across studio content.

• Offer hands-on editing and constructive critiques on copy, design, and various deliverables.

• Mentor and develop content creators and freelancers.

• Detect recurring quality issues and resolve them through training, feedback loops, or adjustments in workflow.

• Define and implement the enterprise Content Hub strategy.

• Create frameworks for content production, reuse, modular assembly, and omnichannel distribution.

• Lead the advancement of the content supply chain, focusing on speed, quality, modularity, and AI-driven production.

• Oversee production workflows for web, email, social, paid media, campaigns, customer marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and events.

• Establish intake models, prioritization frameworks, resource planning, and capacity management.

• Create review and approval workflows in collaboration with Brand, Editorial & Content Strategy, Legal, and Privacy.

• Manage the administration of enterprise content libraries, including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management.

• Ensure tagging, version control, archiving, and retirement functionalities in content libraries.

• Supervise external agencies and production partners.

• Uphold delivery quality, timelines, and budget standards for agency-produced work.

• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to enhance agency strategy and expenditures.

• Define Content Hub KPIs and performance scorecards.

• Report quality trends and operational performance to Marketing leadership.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Content Hub organization.

• Advocate for organizational change and adoption within a complex, matrixed marketing environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, English, Journalism, or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in content production, creative operations, editorial, or content management.

• Direct experience in reviewing and editing creative or written work.

• A minimum of 3 years leading multidisciplinary creative or content teams in enterprise-level marketing organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance the quality of a team’s creative output through editing, coaching, or direct creative leadership.

• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or similarly complex organizations.

• Keen attention to detail in copy and content craftsmanship.

• Strong comprehension of brand voice, tone, and visual standards.

• Capacity to provide specific, actionable feedback.

• Comfortable challenging work from senior stakeholders or agencies when quality is inadequate.

• Hands-on experience with DAM, CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and marketing automation platforms.

• Understanding of AI-enabled content operations, modular content strategies, and content reuse.

• Experience managing operating budgets for content production and agency partners with measurable ROI.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Brand, Editorial, Product Marketing, Legal, Privacy, IT, and executive leadership.

• Excellent communication skills and leadership in organizational change.
