Recrutador(a) Freelancer – Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Freelance Recruiter on various projects

• Lead end-to-end processes (alignment, hunting, screening, interviews, and feedback)

• Post job openings and optimize advertisements to attract qualified talent

• Conduct active hunting on LinkedIn and other channels

• Perform competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments

• Manage candidate pipeline using digital tools

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with candidates and clients

• Provide insights for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection (consultancy or in-house)

• Experience with high-volume roles or specialized positions

• Ability to independently manage processes, fully remote

• Organizational skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication, focused on candidate experience

• Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ/MEI or similar)

• Access to a computer, stable internet, and a suitable environment for online interviews

• Experience in HR consultancies or as a Freelance Headhunter (preferred)

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or hunting tools (preferred)

• Prior experience with different sectors (tech, sales, operations, etc.) (preferred)

• Understanding of employer branding and job advertisement optimization (preferred)
