Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist – Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform targeted research to discover potential candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and sourcing methodologies.

• Evaluate candidate profiles to determine their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

• Oversee candidate data and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Actively engage with passive candidates to spark interest and cultivate relationships.

• Keep track of market trends and offer insights on talent availability and competitor actions.

• Assist in employer branding efforts by showcasing the company’s values and culture to prospective candidates.

• Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.

• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify high-quality candidates.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and ATS.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• Experience in sourcing for technical or specialized positions is advantageous.

• Understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

• Multilingual skills or experience in a global recruiting setting are a plus.
