This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruiters and the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to comprehend job requirements and create compliant job descriptions.
• Assist in sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
• Organize interviews, including extensive scheduling efforts.
• Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to guarantee compliance and readiness for ISO audits.
• Support the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition with recruitment metrics reporting and offer insights to management.
• Ensure a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Government Compliance: Possess a foundational understanding of federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP guidelines, as well as government contracting protocols.
• Recruitment Process Support: Aid in job postings, candidate sourcing, extensive interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Technology & Systems: Assist with the accuracy of data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, including reporting, system updates, and implementation support.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial reviews of candidates to ensure their qualifications meet contract requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Oversee scheduling and logistics for interviews.
• Communication: Exhibit clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with candidates and internal teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and effectively respond to evolving needs.
• Candidates must currently be enrolled in the Skillbridge Externship Program.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Teams) is required.
• Experience with SharePoint for Document Management is preferred.
• Background in government contracting and cleared environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal employment regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems is necessary.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
