This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide comprehensive support to the agency's recruitment consultants and its director.
• Execute market mapping and candidate research within the fashion, retail, beauty, digital, and related sectors.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
• Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, RocketReach, and Lusha to identify potential candidates.
• Update and manage the ATS/CRM system (JobAdder or a similar platform).
• Prepare candidate spreadsheets and talent maps for consultants.
• Format CVs and create candidate profiles and shortlist presentations.
• Advertise and oversee vacancies on various job boards.
• Assist consultants with recruitment-related administration and coordination.
• Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews as necessary.
• Organize the director's calendar, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Manage email communication and follow-ups on behalf of the director.
• Create documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Provide assistance with invoicing, reporting, and other administrative duties.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings as needed.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing business, and providing EA/PA support is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, RocketReach, or Lusha.
• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in supporting senior executives or directors.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or workflow automation platforms.
• Exposure to the fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Mature, proactive, and reliable.

• Able to remain calm under pressure with strong follow-through.
