This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Identify potential candidates on BizReach according to the specific criteria set by the hiring manager.
• Dispatch scouting messages to selected candidates using pre-approved templates in Japanese.
• Keep a basic record of messages sent and responses received.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager and provide updates in English.
• Japanese: Proficient in reading and navigating Japanese websites/platforms (Intermediate level).
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team coordination.
• Willingness to learn and navigate recruitment platforms effectively.
• Previous experience in Administrative support, Sales support, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Flexible (to be discussed).
