Recruitment Supervisor – Panhellenic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage your expertise to assist in the recruitment processes for collegiate chapters.

• Guide chapters in their recruitment activities and Panhellenic operations.

• Assess and provide constructive feedback on recruitment plans and results.

• Work alongside regional teams to analyze and refine recruitment strategies.

• Oversee chapter visits and manage recruitment data.

• Articulate and enforce Sorority policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment/Panhellenic supervisor.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

• Understanding of campus Panhellenic operations.

• Awareness of National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) policies and guidelines.

• Capability to work collaboratively with recruitment team members.

• Excellent communication skills.
