This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish a recruitment pipeline, advertise job openings on various platforms, and conduct interviews and onboarding for candidates.
• Connect with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and virtual events.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to define qualification criteria for prospective employees.
• Conduct interviews and maintain a database of candidates for future job openings.
• Utilize web-based technology and social media to assess hiring trends, post job vacancies, and engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Evaluate recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies, providing recommendations for enhancements or changes.
• Partner with department heads to establish qualifications for each role.
• Assist candidates throughout the application process and monitor their progress in our database.
• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a comparable role.
• Practical experience with major job boards.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional websites.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Availability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST), which corresponds to the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
• Must possess a personal Laptop or Desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and have an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
