• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage job postings, review CVs, and shortlist candidates.
• Keep recruitment reports updated and monitor hiring metrics.
• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in hiring within GCC countries is essential.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Previous experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
