Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Screening & Interview: Evaluates resumes to identify candidates that best match the job descriptions and qualifications available.

• Screening & Interview: Arranges and conducts interviews with prospective assistants based on client requirements.

• Screening & Interview: Performs Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants, tailored to the client's specifications.

• Endorsement & Coaching: Guides the endorsement process for candidates applying for specialized or challenging roles, ensuring that all recruitment and selection protocols are followed consistently and in compliance.

• Endorsement & Coaching: Provides coaching to applicants on areas for improvement and records additional mock calls and script readings if needed.

• Support and Coordination: Aids in managing various recruitment processes from beginning to end while collaborating with other departments to address any client needs that fall outside our existing hiring frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in end-to-end recruitment or virtual assistant recruitment.

• Experience in volume/BPO hiring environments is acceptable.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and various recruitment tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Proficient in using HubSpot, Slack, and other digital collaboration platforms.

• WFH Setup: Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor or AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or higher.

• Internet speed of no less than 40Mbps.

• A headset with an extended microphone featuring noise cancellation and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
