Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, employment centers, and employee referrals.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual screenings and interviews for candidates.

• Evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment.

• Present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Collaborate with the field team to determine staffing requirements and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

• Maintain precise and organized records utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

• Develop ongoing recruitment and sourcing strategies and tools to enhance applicant volume and increase market awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a comparable role.

• Experience in Sales recruitment is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, relevant laws, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
