This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of and manage the entire recruitment cycle for various IT consulting and corporate positions across different global regions.
• Create strategic sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Proactively identify talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment avenues.
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines that align with workforce planning goals.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to enhance market visibility and draw in top talent.
• Conduct structured HR interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Organize interview processes and ensure candidates progress through each stage in a timely manner.
• Oversee offer preparation, negotiation, and the acceptance process for candidates.
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle multiple open positions while ensuring a balance between quality, speed, and hiring objectives.
• Keep accurate records of candidates, recruitment documentation, and ATS data.
• Monitor recruitment activities, hiring metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill performance.
• Ensure that recruitment processes comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Provide support for workforce planning initiatives through recruitment reporting and insights into the talent market.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Work with managers to facilitate successful integration and engagement of new hires.
• Aid in creating a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and hiring efficiency.
• Suggest process enhancements based on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
• Remain updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable talent acquisition programs that support organizational growth.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within IT consulting, technology, or professional services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions and meeting hiring targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines through proactive outreach.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment analytics tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
