This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop client-specific sourcing strategies to effectively attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Partner with a skilled team of talent acquisition professionals to identify and execute effective recruiting strategies that meet clients' immediate and long-term requirements.
• Leverage various sources, including job boards and LinkedIn, to create a pipeline of directly sourced candidates.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience as the first point of contact.
• Conduct prescreening of candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Keep timely and accurate records of all candidate interactions in the appropriate database.
• Proactively identify potential hires by anticipating future hiring needs.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, including sources of hire and time to fill positions.
• Aid in the creation and execution of candidate attraction initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, and recruitment events.
• Communicate with both candidates and clients in a timely, professional, and sincere manner.
• Previous experience in hiring/sourcing within an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment capacity.
• Ability to creatively source candidates from diverse channels, including job boards, professional associations, employee referral programs, and social media.
• Capability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Proven excellence in various candidate sourcing methods, including headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and market mapping.
• Self-reliant with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability as priorities shift and effectively manage competing projects to achieve objectives.
• Strong consulting skills with a proven ability to collaborate within a team setting.
• Experience in tracking and managing candidates using an ATS system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
