Recruitment Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and research candidates throughout Europe and the CIS.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive sourcing strategy and progress documentation for each position.

• Compile high-quality lists of candidate profiles for designated roles.

• Keep candidate pipelines up-to-date for positions assigned by the recruitment team.

• Track market availability and talent concentration for relevant job openings.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and comprehend role specifications.

• Provide consistent updates on pipeline status, obstacles encountered, and market insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year’s experience as a recruitment sourcer within European and/or CIS markets, preferably focusing on technical or gaming roles.

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (including projects, filters, and advanced search capabilities).

• Proven ability to deliver high-volume, high-quality sourcing results consistently.

• English proficiency at B2 level — adequate for internal communication with recruiters.

• Capable of effectively and actively communicating ideas and progress.

• Solid understanding of modern sourcing techniques and research tools.

• Proficiency in additional CIS languages is a plus.
