This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the recruitment process for home care and home health professionals, which includes:
• - Caregivers
• - Home Care Aides
• - Home Health Aides (HHAs)
• - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• - Companions
• - Personal Care Attendants
• - Live-in, hourly, and shift-based caregivers
• Manage and post job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Identify and evaluate qualified healthcare candidates.
• Initiate contact through phone, video, email, and text.
• Assess resumes, certifications, licenses, experience, and availability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and agency leadership.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems.
• Assist with reference checks, document collection, and onboarding tasks.
• Monitor licenses, certifications, background checks, CPR/BLS requirements, insurance documentation, and other credentials.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of caregivers and clinicians for present and future staffing needs.
• Ensure prompt communication to minimize applicant drop-off and enhance hiring results.
• Aid in scheduling and managing workforce across home care and home health operations.
• Organize visits for RNs, PTs, OTs, STs, MSWs, and HHAs.
• Previous experience in:
• - Home Care Agency
• - Home Health Agency
• - Healthcare Staffing
• - Healthcare Recruitment
• - Medical Scheduling or Workforce Coordination
• Experience in recruiting caregivers and/or licensed healthcare professionals.
• Scheduling experience in a healthcare, home care, home health, or staffing setting.
• Familiarity with WellSky in a home care or home health context.
• Strong comprehension of caregiver staffing, client matching, shift coverage, and field staff coordination.
• Knowledge of home health scheduling concepts, including visit frequencies, territories, and discipline-specific scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
