Recruitment Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process – from initial brief to final offer, ensuring timelines, quality, and effective communication. Interviews are conducted by our experienced professionals.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, candidates, and experts, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates instead of merely transactional interactions.

• Collaborate with elite talent – our focus is on the top 1% of candidates, which influences how we engage from the very first conversation.

• Craft precise, original job descriptions, briefs, and outreach messages.

• Oversee sourcing through our internal network as well as targeted external searches, enhanced by AI technology.

• Monitor progress using data and feedback rather than relying solely on intuition.

• Provide structure that elevates quality across the team.

• Contribute to the development of AI tools that are essential for the entire team.

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in dynamic tech environments.

• Our approach is designed for AI-native hiring, and we seek someone who integrates AI into their daily tasks.

• Proficiency with ATS systems, outreach platforms, and HR technology in general, along with an eagerness to explore new innovations.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach – you ensure progress is made.

• Empathy and the capability to support individuals without sacrificing momentum.

• Experience in hiring designers at various seniority levels – or possess hands-on design experience yourself.
