Recruitment Operations Specialist – AI, NATO Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming candidate profiles to assess their alignment with the professional standards typically sought for NATO projects.

• Engage in structured discussions with candidates to gather insights on:

• Citizenship and eligibility criteria

• Potential for security clearance

• Professional experience

• Preferred geographical locations

• Salary and rate expectations

• Availability and willingness to relocate

• Keep precise records and documentation of candidates.

• Assist candidates throughout the early phases of security clearance preparation and submission.

• Develop and continuously enhance our network of prequalified professionals who may qualify for future NATO roles.

• Track newly available opportunities across various NATO-related programs and frameworks.

• Utilize AI tools and internal databases to identify suitable candidate matches.

• Assess AI-generated recommendations and confirm candidate qualifications.

• Reach out to potentially suitable candidates and present corresponding opportunities.

• Gather information on candidate interest and availability.

• Transition interested candidates to the recruitment team for comprehensive qualification and submission.
